Canada 's Yummiest Mummy 2007 Contest - Rules and Regulations
1. How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary. Contest begins Sept 3, 2007 and ends at noon on December 23, 2007 EDT. Entrants must complete the online entry ballot. Yummiest Mummy Contest is basically six mini contests with one on big contest. Five moms will be chosen each round by the most number of online votes. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. The Grand Prize winner will be chosen by a combination of most accumulated votes throughout the rounds, with final decision made by the Mummy Mafia. Contestants do not have to submit a video every round to qualify for the Grand Prize. To be declared the Grand Prize winner of this Canada 's Yummiest Mummy, the entrants selected will be required to correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or other, a time-limited mathematical question. The question will be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time.
2. Voting: Participants can upload one video per round to enter the contest. Participants do not have to enter every round to qualify for the Grand Prize. Videos may not be emailed or sent in independently. Videos will be posted on www.yummiestmummy.com within 48 hours of the video being uploaded by participant. Online voting will take place for two weeks (14 days) for each round from the time of posting. The five Videos with the most votes will be announced at the end of each round. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email. The Mummy Mafia Panel consists of a representative from six of the hottest Mom websites. All members of the Mummy Mafia Panel must agree on the final Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize winner will be notified on December 24, 2007 by phone and/or email.
3. Prizes: There is (1) Grand Prize to be won. There are prizes to be won in each round, in the Vote to Win component and Forward to a Yummy Friend.
Round 1 - The top 5 Yummy Mummies in this round will win a Crock-Pot prize pack and get creative in the kitchen! Your Prize pack includes a Versaware-Pro Programmable Slow Cooker, the Double Dipper, three-book Crock-Pot recipe collection, and an apron - a value of over $250

4. Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, who are 18 years of age or older by July 1, 2007 Contest is not open to employees and immediate families of Canada's Yummiest Mummy or its affiliated companies, or any of the prize donating companies.
5. Prize Claim: The Prize(s) are awarded as is and is not transferable, nor redeemable for cash. By accepting any prize the winners agree to comply with the contest rules and accept the prizes as awarded, releasing sponsors and their affiliate companies with regard to any claims for injury, accident loss or damage of any kind arising out of participation in this promotion. Any potential winner who fails to comply with these rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Any notification that goes unanswered will result in disqualification and an alternative winner will be selected. The winner of the Grande Prize must be a collector, or become a collector, of the Air Miles Rewards Program.
6. General Rules: Neither Canada's Yummiest Mummy nor any sponsors shall be liable for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, un-received, stolen, mutilated or illegible entries. By entering this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Canada 's Yummiest Mummy which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Contest. All entries become the property of Canada 's Yummiest Mummy, none will be returned and no correspondences will be entered into except with select entrants who will be notified by phone or email. Canada 's Yummiest Mummy reserves the right to disqualify any or all entrants who fail to follow these official rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentation relating to the Contest, selection and redemption of the Prizes. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal legislation. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, image and photograph for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
