Erica is one of Canada's most recognized personalities. Chosen to be the first female MuchMusic television host, she became the voice of her generation. Since then Ehm has remained in the spotlight as her multi-faceted media career has blossomed in television, radio, film, theater, journalism, songwriting, and music publishing.

Her most recent career reinvention is creating The Yummy Mummy Club, a cheeky and playful online magazine for mothers looking for some adult stimulation, and has turned it into one of Canada's hottest sites for moms. She is the co-creator and host of Yummy Mummy, a parenting show for the music video generation, currently airing around the world and author of the book She Should Talk: Conversations with Exceptional Women about Life, Dreams and Success published by HarperCollins. Encouraging women and young people to follow their dreams is the central re-occurring theme for many of the projects to which Erica Ehm has committed. Erica sits on the Community Board at SickKids, and is a spokesperson for Worldvision and Habitat for Humanity

Erica is also a syndicated journalist and in demand speaker/moderator for events across the country, as well as an award winning songwriter.
